What couples are looking for is not a staged performance: it is the real joy, the laughter and the tears. The way I work rests on six convictions.
I make a point of being forgotten. It is by staying back that you catch the moments that move people — a glance, a hand held tight, a stifled laugh. Nothing is re-staged, nothing is forced: everything is real.
A contemplative style, free of passing trends and needless editing. Every shot is chosen for its accuracy, so that the film will not date — in ten years as in fifty.
I pay particular attention to the speeches. Thanks to high-quality sound recording, I weave the words of the couple and those closest to them through the images. The speeches can also be delivered in full, as a separate film.
I shoot on the Sony FX3, a cinema camera used on Hollywood productions such as The Creator. Your film is made with the same demands as my short films. Not a video — a film.

As a certified professional drone pilot, I film aerial views entirely within the law, revealing your venue from an angle no one else will see that day.

A wedding cannot be filmed twice. That is why nothing is left to chance: backup cameras, simultaneous recording to two cards, multiple backups. You will never have to think about it.
